Conference Registration fee includes all educational sessions, luncheon, beverage breaks, continental breakfast, reception, etc.

Early Bird Non-Member Rate (Prior to January 1st): $425
Member Rate (Prior to February 1st): $425
Non-Member Rate (Prior to February 1st): $450
Late Member Rate (After January 31st): $450
Late Non-Member Rate (After January 31st): $475
Guest Rate: $250
Student Rate: $150
Attendees are welcome to bring guests. Please note the number of guests who will be attending on the reservation form. If guests attend the conference, the full conference fee will apply!
